Promotional campaign “Destination Happy”
Value Retail Management Spain, S.L.U. with Company Tax ID No. (NIF) B-60.689.486 and registered address at La Roca Village, La Roca del Valles, 08430 (Barcelona), hereinafter “Value Retail”, the company that manages the outlet centre La Roca Village (Barcelona), (the "Village"), details below the national terms and conditions of the “Destination Happy” promotional campaign (including the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla), in which the item detailed below will be entered into a prize draw.
Purpose of the promotional campaign
The purpose of the campaign is to raffle an Eva Armisén sculpture.
Value Retail will inform customers of this prize-winning opportunity via a promotional campaign in the Village (billboards), the Village website www.LaRocaVillage.com and on its Facebook and Twitter social networks.
The promotion can be accessed via the aforementioned La Roca Village website, as well as either directly or indirectly via Facebook or Twitter. In both cases, participants will be redirected to the prize draw website where they must complete the application form following the instructions provided.
Facebook and Twitter are merely the promotional platform for the prize draw. The prize draw is not promoted or guaranteed by Facebook and/or Twitter. Therefore, neither Facebook nor Twitter will have any form of liability in relation to the prize draw, nor will they receive the information that participants may provide to Value Retail by taking part online.
Acceptance of the Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions must be accepted to obtain the Prize. The mere act of participating in this Promotion implies full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, meaning that the participant has read and understood and that he/she accepts the entire content thereof, without any reservations or limitations.
Requirements for entering prize draw
This promotion is only open to people of legal age that: (i) have made a minimum purchase of €150 in one single transaction at any of the boutiques in La Roca Village (excluding cafeterias and restaurants), during the period in which the promotion is running; any winners must present their purchase receipts in order to claim their prize; (ii) have duly completed the application form which can be found at the URL https://www.larocavillage.com/art or completed the prize-draw entry form available in all La Roca Village boutiques as well as the Tourist Information Office; and iii) have registered their e-mail in the La Roca Village database.
Each person may only participate once.
The following people and parties will not be able to take part in the prize draw: partners, executives and employees of La Roca Village or Value Retail and of other companies within the group that form part of The Bicester Village Shopping Collection concept; agencies involved in the promotion; suppliers; direct or indirect collaborating parties that have participated in the preparation of the campaign, along with their children and immediate family members.
If, for any reason, a person listed in the aforementioned paragraph wins the prize, Value Retail may withdraw the corresponding prize, due to non-compliance with the terms and conditions of the prize draw.
Duration of the promotion
The promotion will begin on 24 September 2016 and end on 31 October 2016, both inclusive.
Prize
The Prize consists of a statue of a dog sculpted by the artist Eva Armisén and valued at €2,200.
Winner selection process
The prize draw will take place within 15 days of the promotion ending, before the Notary of La Roca del Vallès, Mr. José Luis Criado Barragán, in the La Roca Village offices, accompanied by a representative from La Roca Village.
One (1) winner will be selected at random. At the same time a runner-up will selected.
La Roca Village will contact the winner via e-mail in the seven (7) business days after the prize draw has been carried out. Three attempts to contact the winner will be made on three different days. Should the Village be unable to contact the winner, the corresponding runner-up will be contacted.
Any attempt to commit fraud will result in immediate disqualification from the competition. The ID of the participant, must be the same name as used to register himself/herself on the website. If this is not the case, the participant will be immediately disqualified.
Should the winners not comply with all of the requirements detailed in these Terms and Conditions, the prize will not be delivered and will remain the property of the Promoter.
Costs not included
The Prize does not include transport to La Roca Village nor any food or drink expenses.
Collection of the final prize
In order to claim the prize, the winner must present the purchase receipts mentioned in the paragraph “Requirements for entering prize draw” to Value Retail.
Value Retail will send the prize to the winner, no later than 31 December 2016. Value Retail will cover the delivery costs for the prize within a 100km radius of La Roca Village.
COMPLIANCE WITH TAX OBLIGATIONS
In compliance with the current legislation in force, Value Retail shall withhold and pay on account the amounts corresponding to the winner’s Personal Income Tax (IRPF), and shall declare the prizes awarded in the corresponding tax models.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
No liability shall be accepted for any incomplete registration or for lost, delayed, wrongly addressed or incorrect confirmations, for any reason, including without limitation, hardware, software or browser problems, faults in the telecommunications network, poor running of equipment, overloading or incompatibility in the promotor's server or elsewhere.

PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
Each participant, in accordance with the Organic Data Protection Law 15/1999, dated 13 December, has the right to access, correction, cancellation and objection, which he/she may exercise by sending a written communication to: Dpto Jurídico, La Roca Village, Santa Agnès de Malanyanes, La Roca del Vallès, C.P. 08430 (Barcelona) or to legal@larocavillage.com, indicating on the envelope or in the tile of the e-mail: “Ref: Personal data."
Each participant guarantees that the personal data provided to Value Retail for this promotion is true and correct. Providing a false identity or address will mean that that participant will be automatically disqualified from taking part and, where applicable, be stripped of any prize won.
If you do not consent to your personal data being processed as detailed in the foregoing paragraphs, please do not take part in the promotion.
IMAGE RIGHTS
By the mere act of participating, the participant understands and accepts that his/her name and photograph taken when he/she comes to La Roca Village to pick up the prize, may be published on the website www.larocavillage.com, as well as on social networks that Value Retail is active on and, in particular on Facebook and Twitter.
This assignment of image rights will be free of charge and will not constitute any form of additional obligation on the part of the winning participant or on the part of Value Retail.
QUERIES AND INFORMATION
The participation terms and conditions of this Promotion will be available on the website https://www.larocavillage.com/art for the duration of the promotion.
APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by Spanish Law. Non-compliance on the part of the participant with any of these terms and conditions will result in the immediate disqualification of said participant.
Participants and Value Retail accept that any potential controversies that may arise when interpreting or executing these terms and conditions shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Barcelona.
